ALCOHOL SERIES: Missouri

Welcome to the NCAA Alcohol Series! One day, when I replace Mark Emmert as NCAA commissioner, I will mandate that every school only be allowed to sell one type of drink at games. These are the drinks for each Power 5 school. Reasoning for the choices are related to the school’s athletic program, the culture of the school, or really anything that I felt was fitting. Really like something? Really hate something? Hit us @theusofncaa on Twitter. Looking for your school? Every school’s article will be posted on the website and can also be found in the thread pinned to the top of our Twitter @theusofncaa . Enjoy and drink up!

Columbia, Missouri is a strange town full of strange Mizzou kids. You never know what you're going to see in Columbia, and you never know what you're going to get with Mizzou sports. Sure, they can have Chase Daniel and Jeremy Maclin and be in the natty conversation. They could have all the hype in the world with the Porter brothers only to lose Micheal to a mysterious back injury, and then Jontay tear his ACL the next year. They could be a 2 seed with the Pressey brothers and Kim English and lose to Norfolk State in the first round. You never know. So Mizzou fans you're going to drink Boilermakers at games. What's a Boilermaker? I'm glad you asked. It's simple, just a beer and a shot. But there's a catch, you aren't going to know what the beer and shot are, you just have to drink it. It could be an amazing craft beer with a shot of Crown Royal or a Busch Light with a shot of Burnett's. Nobody knows.
