These are the drinks for each Power 5 school. Reasoning for the choices are related to the school’s athletic program, the culture of the school, or really anything that I felt was fitting. Georgia's been oh so close to the top of the football mountain but there's been some painful memories along the way. The Blackout game against Alabama, the Tennessee Hail Mary, the blown title game lead and overtime loss against Alabama, the loss to Alabama in last year's SEC Championship Game, all the trash talking about Notre Dame before having your ass handed to you by Texas the next day. Between the 2018 title game and 2018 SEC Championship game Georgia has been leading or tied with Alabama for 240 of the 249 total snaps. The Dawgs lost both games. Dawg nation we're letting you get ahead of yourselves on the heartbreak and giving you one of the best rated drinks for drowning out sorrows, Crown Royal. Yes, we'll serve it in the purple bag cause purple is regal like God. But we figured you'd need to have a good sad drink at the ready at all times because with Georgia athletics things are going to go south at some point. Yeah, football's been great the last couple years, but you've been so painfully close that anything other than a national title is heartbreak. What about basketball or baseball? There's heartbreak there too. Basketball hasn't been past the first round of the NCAA Tournament in forever, and baseball has lost at home in the regionals as a top 8 national seed the last two seasons. Georgia fans brace yourselves. I'm not sure how (probably another loss to Bama) but this football season is going to hurt bad again. And if you think Tom Crean and Anthony Edwards are going to make things better in basketball I have news for you, they'll still lose in the first round at best. Sorry Dawgs, I'm not trying to hurt you, I'm just preparing you for what's coming and giving you some Crown Royal to ease the pain.
